This head-on view of a Kouri beef is made to hang up on a wall. The Kouri beef is known for its very recognizable thick and sturdy horns. Beef from Lake Chad are native to this lake's banks and islands and are generally called Kouri. Unlike the Zebus, its coat is white. Its horns show great variability but are characterized by a porous and bulbous bony ankle.
